In January 2023, the 18-year-old Academy graduate signed her first professional contract with the club and has already featured 68 times for The Original Trailblazers scoring sixteen goals in the process. Part of the squad that won the 2022-23 SWPL title, this season Forrest has emerged as an important part of manager Leanne Ross' squad scoring five and assisting a further seven goals, including a brace during Sunday's 7-0 victory over Dundee United.
Having been capped at U17 and U19 level internationally, earlier this year Forrest was one of the captains as Scotland U19s progressed to the next phase of European Championship qualifying.
Forrest said: "I love playing my football here and I'm delighted to stay. I've developed a lot as a player but also as a person, and the coaches and players that I get to train and play with are some of the best in the country, while the facilities available to me as a young player are incredible. Having been part of the Academy from a young age, the club has been a huge part of my career already and I'm excited to keep developing, at what I think, is the best club for me. We all want success and I hope to continue to play my part for many more seasons to come."
